Plenty of people can offer advice − whether they can really do so, is another question. Carl Hilger Becker & Partners have been advising and representing their clients in matters of civil and commercial law, family law and employment law since 1932.

We believe that a lawyer can only advise a client properly if he can also gauge how the results of his advice would be judged by a court in the event of a dispute. This requires experience in procedural law and in the management of the case − experience which we have.

Our clients include insurance companies, banks and savings banks, commercial enterprises, freelancers and private individuals. In dealing with all of them, we place particular emphasis on personal advice − in fact we take this for granted.

We have particular experience in procedural law and case management − without which no competent or successful legal advice can be given − in the areas of expertise listed opposite, for which one or more of our partners are responsible.
